INTERACTIVE VIDEO DISPLAY SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive video system by which a user controls reproduction of a video image and an interactive video display system whose structure is simple and whose cost is low. SOLUTION: Steps of introducing video data with a plurality of marks set and with paragraphs sectioned into the system, placing a cursor at a position of a mark set to the video data, generating an acting signal, moving the cursor from a location at present to the direction where the video data end, in process of movement of the cursor, outputting video data of a paragraph corresponding to the cursor to the video reproducing device for reproduction, when the cursor moves by first quantity for one mark to reach the next sign, discontinuing movement of the cursor and display of the video data to return to a state for waiting for generation of the acting signal, when the acting signal occurs in the process of movement of the cursor, jumping the cursor to the position of the next sign to reproduce video data corresponding to movement of the cursor from the position of the next mark, are repeatedly executed.
