PROPORTIONAL DIVISION RATIO CALCULATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate the proportional division ratio of a barden amount when a medium supplier who supplies an energy medium and an equipment supplier who supplies thermal energy equipment shares weather compensation charge to be paid to an energy consumer who newly introduces the thermal energy equipment for covering a thermal demand by using the energy medium. SOLUTION: A correction coefficient calculation means 6 reads the temperature of a demand corresponding spot corresponding to the demand spot of an energy consumer, the temperature of a reference spot, and temperature sensitivity showing the change quantity of medium consumption changing according to the change of the temperature from a temperature information storage means 4, and calculates correction coefficients under the consideration of the temperature characteristics of the demand spot. A proportional division ratio calculation means 7 corrects a reference medium benefit to be received by the medium supplier according to the estimated medium consumption of a consumption model by using the correction coefficients, and determines a proportional division ratio by calculating the rate of the corrected corresponding medium benefit to an equipment benefit to be received by the equipment supplier.
