Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a refrigerator having satisfactory durability and a hydrophilic capability in a sophisticated type household refrigerator of recent years. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger for a refrigerator is comprised of a cross fin tube comprised by integrally attaching a coolant piping 1 and a fin material 2 by inserting and arranging the coolant piping 1 comprised of copper or a copper alloy in a cylindrical collar part 21 provided on the fin material 2 comprised of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. A first coating film layer 3 comprised of synthetic resin is formed on a surface of the cross fin tube including an outer surface of a junction 12 of the collar part 21 and the coolant piping 1, and a second coating film layer 4 comprised of hydrophilic resin is formed on a surface of the first coating film layer 3.
