METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SASH ROLLER FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sash roller frame that can be provided at a low cost by minimizing punched parts, i.e., wasteful parts, to economize a material cost. SOLUTION: The sash roller frame is manufactured by forming two parallel slits a, a and an incision b for connecting the center of the incisions a, a, in a square sheet metal to form mounting pieces to fittings, carrying out simultaneous punching of boring screw insertion holes in lateral symmetrical positions with respect to the incision b and boring axle insertion holes for allowing axles to pass through on the upper and lower sides of the incisions a, a, then cutting and raising to form two mounting pieces in lateral symmetry from the incisions a, a, b, and bending so that portions for forming a front plate and a rear plate with the axle insertion holes bored, face each other along the incision a, a portions.
