BASE ISOLATION STRUCTURE OF GIRDER BRIDGE AND BASE ISOLATION STRUCTURE OF AERIAL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved base isolation structure of a girder bridge and a base isolation structure of an aerial structure, capable of improving the base isolation effect, while maintaining a continuity between bridge girders. SOLUTION: This base isolation structure of the girder bridge 100 is composed of a plurality of piers 120 and a plurality of bridge girders 110 framed on the piers, and is characterized in that a base isolation device 160 is arranged in a joining part between the respective bridge girders and the respective piers, and rigidity and/or yield strength of the respective base isolation devices are adjusted so that a natural period becomes longer in the bridge girder 110e positioned in the center of the girder bridge than the bridge girder 110a positioned in an end part of the girder bridge among the plurality of bridge girders.
