Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hot dip aluminized steel sheet capable of suppressing generation of dross in a plating bath, and preventing generation of surface defects attributable to the dross. SOLUTION: When forming a plating layer consisting of aluminum or an aluminum alloy on a surface of a steel sheet 1 by continuously immersing the steel sheet 1 in a plating bath 2 mainly consisting of aluminum, the set temperature t of the plating bath 2 is 645-670°C, the temperature of the steel sheet 1 when being immersed in the plating bath 2 is set to be within ±5°C with respect to the set temperature t of the plating bath 2, and the temperature fluctuation of the plating bath 2 when the steel sheet 1 is immersed therein is set to be within ±2°C.
