Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody against a Panton-Valentine leukocidin toxin produced by Staphylococcus aureus, a method and a kit for detecting the toxin using the antibody, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating Staphylococcus aureus producing PVL that comprises an antibody against the Panton-Valentine leukocidin toxin. SOLUTION: The antibody has a bonding property to Panton-Valentine leukocidin F while exhibits no cross-reactivity to LukD and/or HlgB. The antibody has a bonding property to Panton-Valentine leukocidin S while exhibits no cross-reactivity to at least one of LukE, HlgC and HlgA. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
