Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that liquid leakage from nozzles is caused if a liquid level is made too high to a delivering head height position because a range for adjusting a nozzle height position to deliver the liquid differs according to kinds of the liquid and the delivering head, and that harmful effects are given if the liquid directly adheres to a human body. SOLUTION: A height regulating member 29 is set at a position where the liquid height in a liquid tank 1 cannot be moved to be higher than the delivering head nozzle height in the liquid supplying device. Moreover, a rough adjusting means and a fine adjusting means are used which are movable in the vertical direction according to a residual quantity of the liquid in the liquid tank 1.
