Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment method and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus reduced in air flow resistance through a bag filter without using any special reaction assistant. SOLUTION: In this exhaust gas treatment method, a chemical is introduced into exhaust gas for neutralizing acidic gas components in exhaust gas, and fly ash in the exhaust gas and/or reaction products are treated by a dust collector.
