Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of a waist part of a nursing care-requiring person when seated, and improve his/her self-supporting ability. SOLUTION: A deep cut 2 is formed in at least one side of a top plate part 1, in such a way that the waist part of a user can be inserted into the cut part. In this state, a part of the top plate part exists at the front and the right and the left sides of the user, so that the waist part of the user is stabilized. In addition, engagement parts 3 are provided at positions where the user can reach as the wait part of the user is inserted into the cut part.
