SPOTS RECURRENCE DISCRIMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating a recurrence possibility of spots by an image capturing the skin inside state of a spots portion after a phototherapy such as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)/laser treatment or the blood flow volume of the spots portion before/after the phototherapy. SOLUTION: The spots recurrence after the phototherapy of the spots portion is evaluated by the presence/absence of melanosome or the blood flow volume in the portion after the phototherapy of the spots portion. The presence/absence of the melanosome is evaluated by an image of the epidermal basal layer captured in an early stage after the therapy by a scanning type confocal microscope or a contact type digital video microscope, and the blood flow volume is evaluated by observing the blood flow volume in the skin of the spots portion after the therapy relative to that before the therapy using a device calculating the blood flow volume from the measurement of the amount of hemoglobins.
