Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of image processing and the flexibility of a device by allowing an image processor for performing predetermined image processing of a work monitoring device or the like to perform each processing easily and surely. SOLUTION: The image processor 1 is provided with an image processing part 15 for performing image processing, applies cutting and abstraction processing of a monitoring target object to an image photographed by a monitoring camera 2 to create a processing image. The image processor 1 applies expansion and contraction processing, or the like to the processing image to create the maximum and minimum images, previously stores the maximum and minimum images as reference images in an image memory 16, and compares a processing image acquired from an image of real work with the reference images to determine whether the processing image is based on a normal operation of a target object (whether images are suitable to each other). When the images are suitable, a processing image of the next real work is acquired to be compared with the next reference image, and when the images are not suitable, a warning device 5 issues a warning.
