PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the information input of a user, with input auxiliary information corresponding to an area in which the user is when requesting connection. SOLUTION: An area-corresponding information input support section 10, upon receiving a connection request from a terminal unit 2, refers to an area information storage means 11 storing areas corresponding to network numbers of IP addresses, by a received IP address area determining means 15, and specifies the area of the terminal unit 2 from the received IP address. The area-corresponding information input support section 10 acquires input auxiliary information of the specified area from a by-area input auxiliary information storage means storing input auxiliary information corresponding to areas, by a by-area input auxiliary information selecting means 17, and sends Web page display information and input auxiliary information to the terminal unit 2 of a connection requester by an information sending means 19.
