Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having improved aperture ratio and improved light transmittance. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises a first insulating substrate; wirings formed on the first insulating substrate and including a gate line and a data line; and a pixel electrode, electrically connected to the gate line and the data line and including a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode which are adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the data line and a third pixel electrode, partially facing both of the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode in the extending direction of the gate line.
