METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COATING LIQUID FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC SEAMLESS BELT, AND INTERMEDIATE TRANSFER BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt having uniform electrical resistance. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a coating liquid for an electrophotographic seamless belt, produced by applying and molding the coating liquid having at least solvent, carbon black and binding resin comprises a step of producing the coating liquid by producing a carbon fluid dispersion comprising dispersing of the carbon black in the solvent and then mixing the binding resin in the carbon fluid dispersion, and is characterized in that the volume average particle size Mv2of the carbon black in the coating liquid and the volume average particle size Mv1of the carbon black in the carbon fluid dispersion satisfy the relation of Expression (1): 0.9≤Mv2/Mv1≤1.1.
