TUBE RACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the tumble possibility of a tube rack while reducing the storing space of the tube rack. SOLUTION: A movable piece 18 is provided in the vicinity of the side surface bottom part of the main body part 12 of the tube rack 10 and energized outward in its width direction by the leaf spring 26 connected to its rear end. Accordingly, in the case where a force is not applied from the outside, the movable piece 18 is protruded outward from the side surface of the main body part 12. As a result, the base of the tube rack 10 is widened in its width direction to be reduced in tumble possibility. When the movable piece 18 is pushed inward in its width direction against the energizing force of the leaf spring 26, the movable piece 18 is perfectly housed in a guide groove 20. The base width of the tube rack 10 is thereby narrowed, and a space required for storing is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
