JUDGMENT KNOWLEDGE CREATION SYSTEM, JUDGMENT KNOWLEDGE CREATION METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judgment knowledge creation system which creates judgment knowledge in a short period of time and facilitates an explanation of a derivation process of the judgment knowledge. SOLUTION: The judgment knowledge creation system 20 determines: a characteristic amount suitable for an object to be inspected; and a parameter for calculating the characteristic amount, in an inspection system which inspects whether the object to be inspected is a non-defective item or a defective item on the basis of the characteristic amount which is obtained by performing characteristic amount extraction processing on acquired waveform data. The judgment knowledge creation system 20 comprises: a frequency parameter determination section 30 which determines a frequency parameter indicating an optimum frequency range in which an abnormal waveform component occurs as the parameter from the waveform data of the non-defective item and the defective item provided in advance; and a characteristic amount optimization section 40 which determines an effective characteristic amount on the basis of the waveform component of the optimum frequency range indicated by the frequency parameter determined by the frequency parameter determination section 30.
