Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member gripping structure capable of gripping a member without using a tool, when mounted/demounted, and to provide a gripper. SOLUTION: After a rubber member 3 is inserted into a storage part 12, a set screw 4 is threaded to a female screw portion 12a of the storage part 12. Thus, the rubber member 3 is prevented from falling down from a receiving part 11. Then, the set screw 4 is turned to be moved toward the corner of the receiving part 11. So, the rubber member 3 receives compressive force from the set screw 4 and an intermediate portion 3a is protruded from an opening part 2.
