PANEL WITH STUCK SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel with stuck sheet whose stretched position can be easily adjusted according to pictures and patterns of a sheet-like material when stretching the sheet-like material over the panel. SOLUTION: The panel with a stuck sheet is provided with a base part 1 which is fixed on a wall surface W and a mounting part 2 which is attached on the base part and over whose surface a sheet-like material 4 is extended. An end of the sheet-like material 4 is held between a receiving part 17 which is formed on a surface of an end of the base part 1 and a holding piece 25 which faces to the receiving part 17 and is protruded from a rear face of an end of the mounting part 2, so that a stretching work can be executed while watching the surface of the sheet-like material 4.
