SOLUTION: The fiber product stably having the photocatalytic function for a long period of time, hardly discoloring dyed color development and from which soil is easily washed out is provided by coating an underwear fiber material with an aqueous solution containing super fine particles of titanium oxide or (and) titanium hydroxide having the photocatalytic function or spraying the aqueous solution to the underwear through self-binding.
