Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a corrosion inhibition film where the coating treatment of the corrosion inhibition film can be easily performed to metal piping, apparatus or the like in an existing nuclear power generation plant, and to provide a nuclear power generation plant in which piping, apparatus or the like is subjected to the coating treatment of a corrosion inhibition film. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the corrosion inhibition film, an oxide compound 5 is stuck to an oxide thin film 4 formed on piping 1 of the main vapor turbine series or the like in a nuclear power generation plant, and external factors for promoting chemical reaction are added to the piping 1, thus the corrosion inhibition film 6 is formed on the oxide thin film 4 in the piping 1. Further, in the nuclear power generation plant, the coating treatment of the corrosion inhibition film 6 is applied to piping, apparatus or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
