Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic and solvent-soluble sulfated saccharide residue-modified oligosaccharide-containing polyurethane derivative having excellent moldability into a film or a coated film and to provide a simple and inexpensive method for production thereof. SOLUTION: The sulfated saccharide residue-modified oligosaccharide-containing polyurethane derivative is produced as follows. A saccharide residue-modified oligosaccharide-containing polyurethane in which a saccharide such as a monosaccharide or a disaccharide is introduced through a spacer is reacted with a sulfating reagent.
