Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine that a vehicle is in an under steer state in a short time when the vehicle becomes in the under steer state. SOLUTION: When the difference between a time differential value of a reference yaw rate and the time differential value of an actual yaw rate is larger than a first threshold value, it is determined that the vehicle is in the under steer state. Since the vehicle is determined that it is in the under steer state based on a state amount where response with respect to the steering by a driver is faster compared to the degree of increasing tendency of a yaw rate, namely, the yaw rate, the vehicle can be determined that it is in the under steer state in a short time, when a tire is saturated by an excessive steering of the driver and the vehicle becomes in the under steer state.
