Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable identifying/specifying of a plurality of ink tanks with an identical color, even in case these ink tanks are mounted and controlling of them according to the results of the identifying/specifying procedures, in a configuration to specify the ink tanks by sending/receiving data signals through bus connection. SOLUTION: Each ink tank control part 144 detects the difference between a voltage value of output data signal and a voltage value of input data signal with the help of a differential sensor 403E. When a plurality of the ink tanks with an identical color are mounted, the voltage difference has a different value from the voltage of the original output data signal. Thus it is possible to sense the mounting of the ink tanks with an identical color by detecting the different value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
