PAINTING DEVICE OF POROUS PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting device that improves the appearance and waterproofness of a porous plate when painting a porous corner plate having corners. SOLUTION: A first jet-painting section 32A and a second jet-painting section 32B provided at a painting section 30 in the painting device 10 are individually provided at different positions along the direction a of travel of the plate 11. Each jetting spout of a first jetting nozzle 53A of the first jet-painting section 32A and a second jetting nozzle 53B of the second jet-painting section 32B is vertically or almost vertically directed to the surface of the plate 11. Preferably, an amount of a paint 12 sprayed from the nozzle 53A is smaller than that of a paint 12 sprayed from the nozzle 53B. An amount of the paint 12 spread to the plate 11 containing bubbles can be increased in the painting by the sections 32A, 32B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
