Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe insole using a plastic material with flexibility, repulsive force and resilience, capable of instantly absorbing/cushioning the impact in any direction. SOLUTION: The plastic material with the flexibility, repulsive force and resilience is used in the body 10 of the shoe insole. The thickness of the body 10 is set in the range from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, and the body 10 is formed in such a shape as can be arch-controlled. A heel part with a U-shaped edge made of the plastic material is integrally formed with the body 10 on the lower side of the heel region of the body 10, and continuous groove parts 22a and 22b are circumferentially disposed in the region connected to the lower face of the heel region of the body 10 from the side face of the U-shaped edge of the heel part.
