Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the genotype and mutation of a target nucleic acid, especially the genotype of a viral genome which infected viral hepatitis patients in order to understand the disease state of each infected patient and to predict the progress of sickness and various treatments; a method for immobilizing nucleic acid fragments on an insoluble support material (e.g., microtiter plate); a method for easily detecting the mutation of a base sequence of a nucleic acid by applying the method; a method easily searching the features of a viral genome from a serum sample by simplifying the extraction, purification and amplification process of the viral genome; and kits. SOLUTION: Provided are a method for immobilizing the nucleic acid fragments on the insoluble support material, a method for judging the genotype and mutation of the target nucleic acid and PCR method which is convenient and efficient for the purification and amplification of the desired nucleic acid, wherein the desired nucleic acid is a viral genome and a reaction vessel is a tube.
