Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of avoiding memory lack even in a device or a system of which packaged memory capacity is a little, in display condition correction processing of encoded images. SOLUTION: A series of processes for applying display condition correction processing of extending compressed code data (encoded images) and correcting image display conditions for the extended images and for re-compressing the images on which the display condition correction processing has been performed, are carried out for the unit of a tile (steps S16-S19). Thus, it is enough only to develop images in a memory for the unit of a tile, it is possible to avoid the memory lack even in the device or system of which the packaged memory capacity is a little, and to be free from various kinds of restrictions.
