Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve bad points wherein a guard bar for protecting safety of a work site is conventionally inconvenient for carrying-out, carrying-in and arrangement and proper array, and a chain is low and easily passes through by straddling at an intermediate point since there is center slackening between a color cone and a color cone. SOLUTION: A nipping claw 3 is arranged with respective links. A part between the right and left claws is also formed in a tapered shape. On an opposed surface of one link, a tapered cut 2 is formed by turning the links toward an inner surface from an external part in parallel from both surfaces so as to enter between the nipping claws 3. Thus, when combining the respective chains, the mutual links completely mesh by pulling the chains from the right and left, and the chains become a bar state, and plays a role of a tight guard bar.
