LUBRICATING OIL FOR WIRE-DRAWING PROCESS FOR WIRE CONTAINING FLUX FOR BLAZING ALUMINUM, METHOD OF WIRE-DRAWING PROCESS OF WIRE CONTAINING FLUX FOR BLAZING ALUMINUM BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lubricating oil used for a wire-drawing process, having a good lubricating property on wire-drawing process of wire containing flux for blazing aluminum, hardly forming printing and showing less remaining oil or remaining carbon after performing annealing following the wire-drawing process. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil for a wire-drawing process of the wire containing the flux for blazing the aluminum is provided by containing 1 to 20% alcohol as an additive. As base oil, it contains a polyisobutylene having ≥3,000 cSt (at 40°C) dynamic viscosity and polyisobutylene having ≤20 cSt (at 40°C) dynamic viscosity, as the remainder of the above.
