Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength nanocarbon-resin composite molded product. SOLUTION: A method for producing the nanocarbon-resin composite molded product comprises the following process: As shown in Fig.(a), an ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material 21 and a resin material 22 are prepared. And, as shown in Fig.(b), the ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material 21 is subjected to acid treatment, wherein the acid treatment is conducted with an oxidative reflux treatment apparatus 10 described in Fig.1 (and not shown here) or an equivalent facility thereto. On being subjected to the acid treatment, the ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material 21 is turned into an acid-treated ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material 23 as shown in Fig.(c). Next, as shown in Fig.(d), the acid-treated ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material 23 and the resin material 22 are mixed together. Subsequently, the mixture is plasticized in Fig.(e), and then injected in Fig.(f), thus obtaining the objective nanocarbon-resin composite molded product 24 as shown in Fig.(g). By this method, the objective nanocarbon-resin composite molded product of extremely high mechanical strength can be obtained, as the acid-treated ungraphitized nanocarbonaceous material is good in compatibility with the resin material and highly bindable to the resin.
