Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a damage to fruit to be stored by eliminating the shoulder part (a curve with a nearly 90° opening edge) of a fruit storing recess formed in a drying process. SOLUTION: In forming this pulp mold tray for storing fruit, a form block is soaked in a pulp solution to be sucked from the back face side of a metal mesh form block face and then is taken out from the pulp solution. The undried tray attached to the form block face is removed from the face to be placed on a table with a fruit storing recess side where the face is transferred downward to be dried. The parts 51c, 51b which are at least 1/2 height at the height above the cross section cut by a line joining the center of the bottom 51d and the arbitrary opening edge 51a of a fruit storing recess 51 have a constant curvature except the neighborhood 51b of the opening edge. The curvature near the neighborhood 51b is formed relatively small and expanded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
