Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper annulate binder, which is obtained by further improving a 100% paper annulate binder having a nearly same form and functions as those of the conventional metal or plastic annulate binder. SOLUTION: The whole square hard paper 1, at one end side of which a nearly band-like marginal part is left and at the other end side of which a near pectination is formed by cutting, is molded in a near tubular form. After the pectination is passed from its tip side by a plurality of paper sheets having binding holes, the band-like marginal part and the tip side of the pectination of the hard paper 1 are made to become bondingly bound.
