SOLUTION: The Kyudo (Japanese archery) training tool has a bar member 10 having a gripping part 12, upper and lower arms 14 and 16 arranged at the upper and lower parts of the gripping part of the bar member, a rotatably connecting elastic mechanism 100 that pulls each of the upper and lower arms to the bar member by the elastic force, and a chord 22 tensely provided between the upper and lower arm ends, featuring the abilities of the bar member pushed out with one hand and the middle part of the chord pulled with another hand against the elastic force.
