SOLUTION: The method comprises a process of selectively binding DNA to a solid phase by contacting a biological sample with the solid phase under conditions which selectively bind DNA; a process of separating the solid phase with the bound DNA from an unbound portion of the biological sample; and a process of isolating the DNA from the solid phase.
