Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly determine the position of contamination deposited on surfaces of an imaging device, an optical low pass filter, etc. of a digital camera without making the digital camera large-sized and complicated. SOLUTION: There are provided with: an engagement part 2 engaged with a mount mechanism 11 of an imaging apparatus 10; light throwing means 4a and 4b for throwing a plurality of light beams to an image pickup surface 12 of the imaging apparatus 10 in a state of being engaged with the mount mechanism 11; a recording means for recording information of distances between positions to which the plurality of light beams are thrown, and distances from these positions to the image pickup surface 12; and a communication means 3 for communicating with the imaging apparatus 10.
