PLASMA DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL USING THE SAME, AS WELL AS INORGANIC LAYER AND METHOD OF PREVENTING ITS DETERIORATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display substrate which can be exchanged in a conventional way and can sufficiently prevent deterioration of an inorganic layer. SOLUTION: The plasma display substrate 1 is provided with an insulated substrate 10, an electrode arranged on a main surface of the insulated substrate 10 and an inorganic substance layer 40 which covers the main surface and a surface of the electrode and contains a low melting point lead-free glass.
