SOLUTION: Instructions for payment settlement are confirmed by a user (S100), and when the instructions for payment settlement are confirmed, a mobile phone 2 is instructed to activate a settlement function (S102), and the mobile phone 2 is instructed to transmit information (authentication, paying-in amount, or the like) required for the paying-in settlement to a center 3 (S114).
