SPEED CHANGE GEAR AND TRANSMISSION HAVING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change gear capable of preventing an increase of noise from a gear, and securing durability, and a transmission having it. SOLUTION: On the rear half part of a power transmission shaft 35, a gear 41 is supported rotatably, and gears 43, 44 having each different number of teeth are fixed integrally. A shift member 42 engageable with and removable from the gear 41 is arranged movably in the axial direction near the gear 41. On a power transmission shaft 40, a gear 45 engaged with the gear 41 is fixed integrally, and a gear 46 engaged with the gear 43 and a gear 47 engaged with the gear 44 are supported rotatably. A shift member 48 engageable with and removable from the gears 46, 47 selectively is arranged movably in the axial direction between the gear 46 and the gear 47. An auxiliary speed change gear 2 can suppress a relative rotational frequency between the power transmission shaft and each gear into a low state in any state of a gear stage by this configuration.
