ROLL-UP SCREEN DEVICE AND METHOD OF REPLACING SCREEN THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-up screen device that enables an existing screen to be easily taken out of a winding box so that a user can replace only the screen easily and safely at low cost without being affected by the conditions of installation of the screen device, and a method of replacing the screen of the device. SOLUTION: The winding box 4 is provided with a winding shaft 14 and an open cover 4B that opens wide enough to enable the support members 34, 36 of the winding shaft to be taken out. The winding-shaft support members 34, 36 are formed to be capable of being taken out together with the winding shaft 14. A movable bar 16 can be introduced into the winding box 4 along with the screen 12 at the time of removal of the winding shaft 14 and the winding-shaft support members 34, 36, and can be taken out through the inside of the box 4. A screw 44 serving as a fixing means that temporarily keeps the biasing force of a spring 15 from working is attached to the winding shaft 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
