SOLUTION: Plane panels 14a, 14b circulate in a passage 10 and a panel storage passage 12 respectively formed in a booth 6 installed on a front surface of a building 2. At that time, the plane panels 14a, 14b make the passage 10 be in a non-communicated state. The plane panes 14a, 14b parallel slides in the passage 10 and the panel storage passage 12, and laterally slides from one side to the other side at end portions of the passage 10 and the panel storage portion 12, thereby circulating in a square shape.
