SOLUTION: The display turning device of the present invention is a device interposed between a fixed body and a movement body and turning the movement body relative to the fixed body, and includes a plurality of joint parts bonded to the movement body; a plurality of arm parts having one end bonded to the joint part and the other end bonded to the fixed body and comprising bonding of a link member and a hinge member so as to perform joint motion; and a drive part bonded to the hinge member and turning the arm part.
