Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a vibrator of a fish detector, which enables simple mounting of the vibrator from a hull inside without making a hole dedicated to the vibrator in the ship bottom, and is used without lowering the receiving sensitivity of the mounted vibrator. SOLUTION: The structure for mounting the vibrator 7 for the fish detector to the hull 2 of a small ship with a live-box 5 constituted by forming a communication hole 11 for introducing and discharging seawater in the bottom of the hull 2, is characterized by detachably mounting a case 14 for storing and retaining the vibrator 7 for the fish detector in a scupper 13 fitted in the communication hole 11 of the live-box 5 from the inside of the hull 2 (the live-box 5).
