RESIN-INLAID WORK FOR GLASS, METAL, STONE OR THE LIKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional inlaid work cannot realize a simple decorating with an intricated pattern and easily deal with a variety of base materials, can represent itself only to a limited extent due to a restricted choice of materials to be used, and is not suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: This new inlaid work can easily impart a feeling of massiveness and sophistication by lustrously polishing the work after embedding a mixture of a resin coating material and another stuff into a groove or lacquering. Since the resin has only to be embedded, this technique can be applied to the various base materials.
