Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insertion type cable anchoring method and device in which the messenger wire for a round cable can be fixed easily without removing an existing assembling band for anchoring or even if the band is removed when an optical drop cable is extended, and an existing power distribution band can be utilized in place of the assembling band for anchoring. SOLUTION: The insertion type cable anchoring method for fixing a cable laid along a pole comprises a step for inserting a cable anchor to the inside of a band fixed already and fastening the band to secure the cable anchor, and a step for applying a cable securing metal oppositely to the cable anchor from the outside of the band and securing it.
