PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an interruption response speed fast by executing a driver processing sequence in a kernel space during executing a program, and to accelerate the processing of hardware by directly controlling the hardware from the kernel space. SOLUTION: A processing sequence of a device driver is provided in a user space as the form of script, and execution environment of the script is set in the kernel space. As one embodiment, when an application program 200 in the user space 2 is executed, a driver processing part 100 of the kernel space 1 reads the script including algorithm used to control each device, and each device is controlled by executing the script in each device processing part.
