Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for coupled production of chlorine and isocyanates in which the diluted sulfuric acid used for both the processes can be returned to one or both of chlorine production and nitration reaction regardless of the operation of obtaining the diluted sulfuric acid, and which does not require high energy cost and investment cost, and saves a neutralizing agent. SOLUTION: The process for the coupled production of the chlorine and the isocyanates includes joining the diluted sulfuric acid used for each of productions of the chlorine and the isocyanates after use, concentrating the sulfuric acid together, and returning the concentrated sulfuric acid to one or both of the production processes of the chlorine and the isocyanates.
