Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the high quality, facilitate the manufacturing, and reduce the assembly costs and the number of parts of a spinning slide valve, especially for a speed response power steering of an automobile, having a rotation rod which is inserted into a rotation rod hole of a pinion, a rotation slider and a control sleeve which is tightly fitted into the pinion. SOLUTION: The control sleeve (4) is jointed to the pinion (5) by forming process (plastic working) so as to disable the rotation. A cog (10) of a serration shape, e.g., is formed in the rotation rod (2). The cog (10) is press-fitted into the rotation rod hole (6) of the pinion (5) to joint the rotation rod (2) and the pinion (5) so as to disable the rotation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
