Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of a ground isolation amplifier for inputting a noise superposed signal and noise, and canceling the noise. SOLUTION: In this signal processing circuit 200A provided with a noise input terminal 202, a signal input terminal 201 for receiving a signal with noise input to the noise input terminal 202 superposed thereon, a ground terminal 203, and the ground isolation amplifier 210 for subtracting the noise input to the noise input terminal 202 from the signal input to the signal input terminal 201, antiparallel diodes D1 and D2 are connected between the noise input terminal 202 and the ground terminal 203 to restrict voltage amplification between the noise input terminal 202 and the ground terminal 203.
