Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell and especially a separator for a solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell of which both of current collection performance and moldability, and both of strength and corrosion resistance are satisfied. SOLUTION: This is the separator for the fuel cell in which at least at one face of a metal substrate 11, a resin conductive layer 12 is installed wherein a resin and a conductive filler are blended. The resin conductive layer has at least a first resin layer 13 of which volume resistivity is 1.0 Ωcm or less and has a second resin layer 14 in which the surface of the resin conductive layer is formed and of which the volume resistivity is less than that of the first resin layer, the first resin layer contains the volume of 15-40 vol% of the conductive filler to that of the whole first resin layer, the second resin layer contains the volume of 45-90 vol% of the conductive filler to that of the whole second resin layer, the thickness of the second resin layer is within the range of 0.1-20 μm, and by means that the metal substrate and the resin conductive layer are press-worked together, the metal substrate and the resin conductive layer are deformed together, and a gas flow passage is molded.
